Any order over 700 Shirts or 10 Cases ships via Freight. You will receive the carrier, tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. We highly recommend contacting the Freight carrier to set up a delivery appointment to avoid delays. We do not schedule any shipment to require a delivery appointment, however some carriers do default to this requirement. Calling ahead can save you a day or two on delivery.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and PR
Fees for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico are calculated on real time rates based on the weight of the shipment. Air options are available at a premium real time rate.

- Anything after these cutoff times will ship the following business day
All tracking numbers are sent via email to the primary email on your customer account. Please check your email for carrier and tracking details.
Delivery Insurance Policy
Once a shipment leaves our building, Allmade defaults to our shipping carrier’s policy for guarantees on delivery, as unfortunately at this point it is out of our control and is sometimes subject to extended circumstance delays such as weather.
Weather and Carrier Delays
Weather and Carrier delays can be extremely frustrating. Once Allmade sends your tracking number via email, we highly recommend tracking the shipment each day to ensure that it’s schedule to arrive on time. After the shipment leaves our building, weather and carrier delays are not something that Allmade has the ability to notify you of. You can set up an account for your business and set notifications on both FedEx and UPS that will alert you anytime a shipment is headed to your address. There are also settings to alert you if there is a delay or issue with a shipment.
