Q: Do you send product catalogs?
A: We do not send catalogs at this time as we are continuously adding to our line. The best way to see our up-to-date catalog is on our site.
Q: Do you sell to non-Wholesale customers?
A: Yes, yes, yes. We sell to any and everyone!
Q: How do I sign up for a Wholesale Account?
A: Please fill out form HERE to start the process. Our Wholesale Team will get back to you within 5 business days to get the ball rolling and the tees flowing.
Q: Do you have minimums for Wholesale purchases?
A: Currently, we do not have minimums for Wholesale customers. As with anything….this is subject to change but we hope to keep it this way for a while.
Q: What qualifies you to get access to Wholesale Pricing?
A: Are you a business with an active resellers certificate and a business license? If so, you are in and we can’t wait for you to join our team!
Q: What is a resale tax exemption form/certificate?
A: If you are a business selling to an end user, you are tax exempt. If you do not have an active exemption #, please click HERE and scroll to your state to fill out and submit the form. If you do not see your state on the list, you are already tax exempt. CHEERS!

Q: Do you distribute?
A: Not at this time but this is something that we will be doing as our brand continues to expand.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from Vancouver, Washington (near Portland, Oregon) and Edgerton, Kansas (near Kansas City)

Q: What’s the best way to place an order?
A: We recommend ordering online, as this will allow you the most visibility to live inventory, invoices, tracking, etc.. and because it’s 2019 and #technologyislife :) If this method doesn’t work for you, email us at email@example.com and we would be happy to get your order placed.
Q: Can you see live inventory on your site?
A: Yes, absolutely! We like to allow as much visibility as we can. If you are logged into your Wholesale Account, under the product page you will see the live inventory which is updated every 30 minutes.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Credit Key (our online financing option)
Q: Can I place orders on your site for Backordered items?
A: What is a backorder!?! Ok I wish that was a case but really, we try to avoid backorders as much as we possibly can. This being said, to avoid confusion we do not allow the purchase of Backordered items on our site. If this is something that you want to do, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts on top of the Wholesale Case Pricing?
A: We do! Anything over 2000 tees receives an additional 10% off as a big Thank You! One order for 2000 tees saves over 12,000 water bottles from going into a landfill.
Q: Do you offer returns?
A: Yes. We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not or if you experienced any issues with your order, please submit a Return Request HERE
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: As long as your order is placed by 2pm CST, your order will ship same day.
Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: Generally speaking, yes. We can work out the details for these orders via phone or email. Please email email@example.com or call 800-ALLMADE and we will work through this.
Q: Are Allmade tees duty free?
A: Unfortunately no. Duties and taxes are about 6% of your order.
Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. For small package orders, if you would like to specifically choose if your order goes UPS or FedEx, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can set your account preferences
Q: Will I receive tracking once my order ships?
A: Of course! We will send tracking to the main email on your customer account.
Q: Do you have a cut-off time?
A: Unfortunately yes, our cut-off time is 2pm CST. We have hopes and dreams to one day have tiny elves working around the clock...or robots.
Q: Do you have a Will Call option?
A: We offer Will Call pickups in our Washington location. Unfortunately, we do not have a Will Call option in Kansas.
Q: Do you offer Sample Packs?
A: Yes, we offer Sample Packs @ 50% off. Click HERE to see our options. These will make it easier for you to order one of every size and/or color with a click of a button.

Q: Can you send me a free sample?
A: We hope you will love our tees as much as we do, which is why we will happily refund your money if you are not satisfied with your sample order.
Q: Do you guarantee exact color matches across all of your color offerings?
A: We cannot guarantee exact color match across dye lots however they are very close in color and we attempt to match all the closest that we can by using the same materials, dyes and manufacturer
Q: Do your tees have tear away neck labels?
A: Yes. We use a 100% recycled material for our neck labels that can easily be torn off.
Q: Do you sew the Allmade hem tag on the bottom of all of your tees?
A: No. Contrary to some of the photos on the site with these shown, this is not something that we sew on any of our garments.
Q: Do your shirts shrink when Screen Printing?
A: You will start to see shrinkage anytime your dryer settings are at or above 370.
Q: How well do your tees discharge?
A: We rate our Tri-Blend tees at a B+ due to 50% poly content
Q: Can you screen print the tees for us?

Q: How does the fit of Allmade tees compare to Bella or Next Level?
A: Our tees are longer by design in both the Unisex and Ladies. The ladies runs small, as we have a fashion fit (not to be confused with slim fit).
Q: Can I order custom colors and sizes?
