Promotions Guy was created in 2014 to fill a gap. The goal was to deliver a superior product, have exceptional customer service and beat customer deadlines. While the focus is still the same, they have a stronger focus on helping their customers with their merchandising. They have become experts in retail consulting and helping sell more product. They place a lot of their energy in working to make the world a better place. They do this through action: volunteerism, donations, support and printing on a better shirt #allmade #makeitbetter.
At Promotions Guy we are "Fueled By The Success Of Our Customers.” - Ryan Schraffenberger (Owner/CEO)
I have been lucky enough to travel with Ryan and his team a few times over the last year, both to Haiti for one our Allmade Experience trips and to California for an industry trade show. Their motivation, excitement and energy is infectious and it’s easy to see why Promotions Guy is thriving.
Through our travels, Ryan has shared feedback with us that has helped Allmade to continue to grow, improve and has overall stimulated the brand. Below is some of the feedback that Ryan has communicated.
Ryan, from a 10,000 foot view, can you tell us how you and your team feel about Allmade?
Allmade is a major differentiator among our offerings to our customers and the material sells itself. It’s the enjoyment of sharing the story of Allmade and the many individuals affected by this brand that really makes this an easy product to promote. We love the story and the people that it affects so we are all in on selling Allmade, any way we can!
How do your customers feel about Allmade?
We don’t get a lot of feedback, but I guess no customer feedback is a good thing in this business because customers don’t shy away from telling us if they don’t like them.
Do your customers like the fit of Allmade Tees?
Like anything, it really depends on the person. Some people just don’t like to try new things. A great example is how some people still think a polyester shirt has the feel of an old heavy suit from the 70’s. When customers hear fashion fit, some tend to immediately think slim fit and may shy away from trying it out.
Have you or your customer(s) experienced shrinkage after washing?
Nope, these hold their fashion fit like a champ!
SCREEN PRINTING SPECIFIC FEEDBACK
How would you rate Allmade on a scale of 1-5 (5 being highest), in terms of how well they print?
We would rate Allmade at a solid 5. We haven’t had any issues and they print great.
What is your favorite brand to print on? Be honest here, you don’t have to say Allmade.
What is your favorite aspect of printing on Allmade?
Very low, if any, fibers interfering with the prints AND they are just sooooo soft 😊
What is your least favorite aspect of printing on Allmade?
Not printing on them more often!
What is your favorite Allmade color to print on and why?
VINO RED.....mainly because we just really like that color. Pair that with Black ink and you have a solid, classic tee.
Thank you Ryan and team for spending time with us and helping others understand some details behind the curtain of Allmade.
